1. Which automation component brands are used in your machines?
At Pusula Machine, we use globally recognized automation components to ensure maximum reliability and long-term performance. Our Prestige Series machines are primarily equipped with Siemens and Schneider PLCs, HMIs, and servo motors, while our Basic Series is built on Delta automation infrastructure. For pneumatic systems, Festo and SMC components are used as standard.

2. How long does it take to switch between different bottle or cap types?
Our machines are designed for quick changeover, featuring mechanical position indicators and servo-controlled recipe memory systems. Operators can switch to a new bottle or cap format within 10–15 minutes without using special tools or heavy equipment. The changeover is completed using hand knobs and by selecting the appropriate recipe from the touchscreen interface.

3. How are cleaning (CIP) and maintenance procedures performed?
All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, while the main machine frame is built from AISI 304 stainless steel. Clamp-type sanitary connections, compliant with food and chemical industry standards, allow pipes and pistons to be removed quickly for cleaning and maintenance. In addition, our systems are equipped with automatic cleaning and rinsing (CIP) functions as a standard feature.

4. Can you design a complete turnkey production line tailored to our factory?
Yes. Our experienced engineering team designs complete turnkey production lines based on your factory layout, available production space, and targeted daily production capacity. From empty bottle feeding and liquid filling to capping, labeling, and case sealing, we deliver fully integrated automation systems that communicate seamlessly throughout the entire production process.

5. What kind of installation, operator training, and after-sales technical support do you provide?
After your machine is manufactured and delivered, our technical team carries out on-site installation and production line integration at your facility. Before commissioning the system, we provide comprehensive operator training covering machine operation, format changeovers, routine maintenance, and best operating practices to ensure efficient and reliable production.

6. What is the warranty period, and how do you provide spare parts?
All Pusula Machine systems are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects. We use standardized mechanical components and consumable parts to ensure long-term availability. Spare parts are stocked and dispatched from our headquarters in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, Istanbul, enabling fast worldwide delivery and reliable after-sales support.
